Thankfully Sergio was true to his word and fixed the issues and even after taking it in to the shop twice to be fixed had me come back a third time to finally have it detailed! Even though it was the worst detail job that i have ever seen.

Re: Sergio.  I came in to look at a VW Jetta Tdi that I saw on Craigslist.  The VW that was advertised wasn t actually a TDI, but a gas engine, so the sales person too me to a TDI Passat instead.  The diesel engine on the Passat needed a tune up at the very least, so I was going to take it to my mechanic for a check before buying it.  The guy who was trying to close the sale was receptive to my low offer for the car, but I didn t like the way he was treating me so I decided to walk away from the deal.

Honestly, I think you ve got some good people working for you and maybe your sales model is working, but it s not the right fit for me.  Frankly, and I hope this is constructive, I wasn t impressed by the condition of a lot of the cars on the lot.  My expectation is that the dealer has done their due diligence to make sure that every car that leaves their lot is in excellent condition and the staff provides excellent customer service.  That s how loyal customers are won.  If your product and service is superior, people will keep coming back and they ll tell their friends.

Anyways, thanks for taking the time to respond and I hope this feedback is helpful.
