Horrible customer Service
I ordered an exhaust part after they charged my card 3 days later they called and cancelled the order telling me it’s not legal in NY and CA. The manufacturer stars 49 state legal but not CA. I am in NY they still cancelled it because it’s the way they wrote it in their system Total fools ! They didn’t know that NY and CA are two different states and the US has 50. Sounded like foreign customer service too won’t ever buy fro them
ORDERED A COMPLETE GRILLE FOR MY 2003 F150 IT WAS BROKE ON CORNER SENT THEM A EMAIL THE SAME DAY THEY ARE SENDING ME ANOTHER I HAVENT FOUND ANY FAULT WITH THIS DEALER WILL BUY AGAIN THANKS!
I Bought a car from auto giant. The service was outstanding.. Fred Johnson me with awesome customer service. If looking for Veichle I recommend Auto Giants. Ask for Fred Johnson
Amazon needs to pull this vendor. They DO NOT have what they advertise on Amazon. It appears to be a false store front. DO NOT make a purchase from this false vendor. Amazon, please remove them.
Beware! Auto Parts Giant is a GIANT rip-off! Ordered parts and it took so long to get them I had to buy locally at a higher price. I got a return authorization, sent the parts back,but hey have yet to credit my credit card. I have called numerous times.
Day 0: Ordered two calipers and immediately paid $200+ via PayPal.
I ordered auto parts online from autopartsgiant.com, and part of the order was “out of stock” and not shipped. My credit card was charged for the out of stock items, that were not shipped, and I have not received a refund, dispite a year of trying (emails and phone calles). I also returned a core (following their proceedures) and I have never received a credit for the returned core. They are hard to contact, and when I do contact someone, they say they will refer it so accounting or their supervisor, and nothing ever happens. They have $125 of my money and hours of my time. Do not order anything from AutoPartsGiant.com!
On Tuesday October 13 at 4:30PM an order was placed (order# 6729064) with the 2 day shipping option. As stated on the website under two-day shipping “All orders must be received before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (2:00 PM Pacific Time) Mondays to Fridays”. An email was sent confirming the order and saying tha tthe tracking info will be emailed the next day. The next day, the tracking info was never received. After the product was not received 2 days later, I called to find out the status to be informed that the item will not be delivered until October 19th. They claimed that orders must be received before 1PM and that this order was not processed until the following day. Then FedEx failed to pick up the item until the day after that. When I discovered the shipping location was from their warehouse in Hempstead, NY (30 miles from the delivery address) I requested they use a same day messenger to deliver the product. They refused. I then discovered that the item was being held at the FedEx location in Jamaica, NY (22 miles from the delivery address). When I asked if they would send a messenger to pick up and deliver from there, they refused. They told me that I could go to Jamaica and pick it up myself.
